Summary/Awards Celebration

Friday 13 October at 3.30pm - 7th Floor Terrace

Following the last speaker of the day, refreshments will be served on the Terrace and prizes announced!

Shuttle transfers to Kingscliff

Saturday 14th October

Tomorrow (Saturday) the shuttles will be making trips between the Summer School and Symposium venues from 8.30 am. Please write your name on the whiteboard to select your preferred time.

Departing times from Gold Coast:

8.30 am
10.00 am
11.30 am

Excursion to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary

Remember the bus time you selected and be waiting in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the assigned time, ready to board. Virginia will give you your ticket as you board the bus.

Your ticket is an orange sticker and must be visible.

Lunch

Lunch is included and will be at 12.30pm at the Sanctuary cafe (see map below - yellow circle) which is close to the park entrance. Anyone special food requirements - please see Virginia for these.

There will not be a guided tour but a list of shows and times is also below. Have fun!

Getting back

Shuttles return to Ridges Hotel as from 3:45 PM on a ‘first come first served’ arrangement.

Last shuttle from the Park will leave @ 4:45 PM.
